Shipping policy

At FRĒO, each order is prepared with care and intention.

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. Once your piece is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States for all orders. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days once shipped, depending on your location.

If you would like your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping for a flat fee of $20.

Expedited orders typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days from the purchase date.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume. FRĒO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to you. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we are unable to reroute packages once they are in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, is marked delivered but not received, or if there are any delivery concerns, please contact us at info@freo.earth within 14 days so we can assist you.
