FRĒO is a conscious clothing line rooted in simplicity, intention, and earth-honoring
craftsmanship. Each piece is designed to feel timeless, comfortable, and aligned with a
slower, more mindful way of living.
FRĒO is based in California, United States, with all production taking place in Nepal.
We work closely with skilled local artisans to bring each piece to life with care, integrity,
and respect for traditional craftsmanship.
FRĒO exists to honor the land, the hands, and the lineage behind what we wear. Our
mission is to create garments that support conscious living that feels like wearing the
earth, while giving back to the communities that inspire and sustain our vision.

All FRĒO garments are handmade in Nepal, in collaboration with artisans who carry
generations of textile knowledge and ancestral skill.
Yes. Every FRĒO piece is handmade using all-natural fabrics. Because of this, each
garment is truly one of a kind. Subtle variations in texture, tone, or stitching are a
natural part of the process and a reflection of its unique journey.
All FRĒO garments are made from an organic hemp and cotton blend. These natural
fibers are breathable, durable, and designed to evolve beautifully with wear.
Yes. With regular wear and washing, the fabric becomes softer and more
comfortable, while maintaining its structure and strength.
Hemp is one of the most sustainable and resilient natural fibers available. It requires
significantly less water than conventional crops, grows without harsh chemicals, and
returns nutrients back into the soil.
Hemp fabric is naturally breathable, antibacterial, and temperature-regulating. When blended with cotton, it creates a fabric that is soft yet strong, grounding yet fluid, and designed to be lived in for years.
“How it wears” refers to how a FRĒO piece sits on the body, moves with you, and
evolves with use. Our garments are designed to:

Sizing & Fit
FRĒO pieces are designed as free size / one size fits all. The silhouettes are
intentionally relaxed and flowing, allowing the garment to move with the body rather
than restrict it. The goal of each design is to help you feel FREE.

All FRĒO pieces are free size, designed to comfortably range all body types from S to XL, intended to fit most body types. Because each garment has its own shape and silhouette, we recommend reviewing the size range listed on each product page to understand the intended fit.

Care Instructions
Our garments are designed to be worn often and cared for gently:
• Wash on cold
• Use a mild, natural detergent
• Sun dry whenever possible to naturally activate the fabric with the power of the
sun, our greatest power source.
• Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach
The hemp and cotton blend is quick-drying and becomes softer with every wash.
For stains, we suggest a gentle, natural approach:
1. Apply a small amount of dish soap directly to the stain
2. Use a soft toothbrush to gently work it in
3. Rinse with cold water
4. For tougher stains, add a small amount of white vinegar
5. Wash cold and sun dry
Orders & Shipping
At this time, FRĒO ships within the United States only. International shipping is not
yet available.
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. Once shipped, you will
receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary. FRĒO is not responsible for delays caused
by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
At FRĒO, each piece is woven with intention and care. If for any reason your garment is not aligned, we honor your ability to return it.
We offer a 14 day return window beginning from the day your order is marked delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To begin a return or exchange, please reach out to us at info@freo.earth. Once your request is received and approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with simple instructions for sending your piece back home to us.
Returns and exchanges must be initiated prior to sending any item. Pieces sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

To request an exchange, please email us at info@freo.earth within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, you may return the original item and place a new order for your desired piece. This allows us to move efficiently while ensuring availability.

Yes. Future FRĒO retreats and gatherings are part of our long-term vision, rooted
in Nepal and other sacred locations. These offerings will be shared when the timing
