Refund policy
At FRĒO, each piece is woven with intention and care. If for any reason your garment is not aligned, we honor your ability to return it.
We offer a 14 day return window beginning from the day your order is marked delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To begin a return or exchange, please reach out to us at info@freo.earth. Once your request is received and approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with simple instructions for sending your piece back home to us.
Returns and exchanges must be initiated prior to sending any item. Pieces sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right with care and integrity.
Non-Returnable Items
At this time, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, please email us at info@freo.earth within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, you may return the original item and place a new order for your desired piece. This allows us to move efficiently while ensuring availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
